1. Creating an Account on Invocreto
Getting started with Invocreto begings with account creation. Creating an account on Invocreto takes less than 15 seconds. You can either Sign Up with Google or using E-mail address in traditional manner.
To Sign up with Google you simple need to go to dashboard.invocreto.com/sign-in and Sign in with Google as shown in the picture below.
2. Fill up the basic information
After successful first sign in you will be presented with form for basic information such as your Name, Date of Birth and contact information as shown in the form below.
3. Fill Up Business Information
On the next page you will be provided with easy GSTIN Validator, just put in your GST Number and our system shall validate your business name and other details. In order to ensure efficient invoicing and accounting Invocreto relies on Government API’s to validate your business details using your GST Number.
Once you have validated the GSTIN or skipped it. You will be taken to the company profile page where you can fill out the company business details such as Address, Type of Incorporation etc.
4. Setup the bank accounts
You get the Default “Cash” account. You can add as many accounts as you want with their opening balance. You can see the balance and account details in a neat layout. Being able to manage multiple accounts is crucial for efficient invoicing and accounting.
5. Done and Dash
After setting up the accounts you are taken to the beautiful dashboard where you can get overview of your account.
